英国当地时间2018年3月19日上午，兰开夏科技（深圳）有限公司（以下简称“兰开夏科技（深圳）”）,作为英国中央兰开夏大学在华注册的全资子公司，受中华人民共和国驻英大使馆科技公参蒋苏南先生邀请，向中国驻英大使馆科技部领导汇报其中英跨国产学研合作的特色模式和创新发展。中华人民共和国驻英大使馆科技公参蒋苏南先生，中央兰开夏大学创新与企业合作处处长兼兰开夏科技（深圳）董事John Lonsdale博士和兰开夏科技（深圳）总经理彭丽思女士参加了本次重要会谈。

In the morning of March 19^th, 2018 UK time, UCLan Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd. (hereinafter as to “UTSL”), a wholly owned subsidiary of University of Central Lancashire based in Shenzhen, was invited by Mr. Jiang Sunan, the Minister Counsellor of Science and Technology Sector of Embassy of PRC(UK), to report its characteristic model and innovative development of cross-border Academic-Research-Industry cooperation between UK and China.  Mr. Jiang Sunan, the Minister Counsellor of Science and Technology Sector of Embassy of PRC(UK), Dr. John Lonsdale, Director of Innovation and Enterprise from University of Central Lancashire and Director of UTSL, and Palace Peng, General Manager of UTSL attended this important meeting.

兰开夏科技（深圳）作为中央兰开夏大学在华注册的全资子公司，担当了促进中英学术研究和技术合作的使命。2008年，入驻深圳虚拟大学园，这是深圳市委市政府大力发展高新技术产业而实施的战略平台，直属深圳市科技创新委员会。自2011年成立起，兰开夏科技（深圳）在中英集聚产业技术资源，开展以产业为基础，市场为导向的跨国产学研合作特色模式。 兰开夏科技（深圳）总经理彭丽思女士在座谈中向领导详细汇报了其公司今年在中英重点项目开展的具体情况，包括了合作背景、合作目标、合作主体、合作模式等。蒋参赞对此由兰开夏科技（深圳）牵头的中英特色跨国产学研合作模式表示认同，肯定了兰开夏科技（深圳）充当中英跨国产学研合作桥头堡所取得的成绩，并对兰开夏科技（深圳）提出了要不断推进中英跨国产学研合作深入发展的殷切要求。

      UTSL, a wholly owned subsidiary of University of Central Lancashire, was registered in Shenzhen and has been responsible for promoting academic research and technological cooperation between UK and China. In 2008, UTSL settled in Shenzhen Virtual University Park, an innovative strategic platform organized by Shenzhen Municipal Government to promote high-tech sectors, and directly supervised by Shenzhen Science, Technology and Innovation Commission. Since 2011, UTSL has been gathering industrial and technological resources to carry out the characteristic model of cross-border Academic-Research-Industry cooperation between UK and China, which is based on industrial needs and guided by the market.  Palace Peng, GM of UTSL, introduced the key project of the company this year in details, including cooperation background, cooperation goals, parties of cooperation, cooperation model etc. Mr.Jiang, Minister Counsellor, agreed the characteristic model of   cross-border Academic-Research-Industry cooperation carried out by UTSL, and acknowledged the efforts spent by UTSL, as a bridgehead, to promote the science, technology and innovation collaboration between UK and China.
