2017 Hubei International Technology Transfer Matchmaking Conference

2017年10月31日，兰开夏科技深圳有限公司受英国驻武汉总领事馆邀请，代表中央兰开夏大学出席了2017湖北国际技术转移对接洽谈会，并在中英生命科学技术合作及项目推介会上做了精彩演讲。湖北省副省长郭生练，英国总领事卫亭瀚，美国新泽西州纽瓦克副市长诺娃可若.雨果先生，荷兰王国驻上海总领事馆代表洪雨年等国内外政要领导、学术精英、商业代表出席了活动。

On 31st Oct., 2017, UCLan Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd. (hereinafter referred as to “UTSL”) was invited by British Consulate-General Wuhan to attend 2017 Hubei International Technology Transfer Matchmaking Conference on behalf of University of Central Lancashire and delivered a keynote speech on the session of China-UK Life Science Technology and Project Wuhan Workshop. Mr. Guo Shenglian, Vice-governor of Hubei Province, Mr. Nick Whittinghan, British Consul, Mr. Nwaokoro Ugo, Vice Mayor of Newark City of State of New Jersey (U.S.), Mr. Hong Yunian, representative of the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, in Shanghai and other domestic and abroad political leaders, academic elites and business representatives attended this event.

2017湖北国际技术转移对接洽谈会活动由湖北省科学技术厅、中国科学技术交流中心、中国（湖北）自由贸易试验区工作领导小组办公室领导小组办公室、美中创新联盟和武汉东湖新技术开发区管委会主办，由湖北省对外科技交流中心、湖北国际技术转移中心、武汉新能源研究院有限公司、武汉生物技术研究院、英国驻武汉总领事馆、荷兰贸促会武汉代表处、派富知识产权投资咨询有限公司、韩国大广三和咨询承办。

2017 Hubei International Technology Transfer Matchmaking Conference was held by Science and Technology Department of Hubei Province, China Science and Technology Exchange Center, Office of the Leading Group for Work of China (Hubei) Pilot Free Trade Zone, US-China Innovation Alliance and Administrative Committee of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Zone, and organized by Hubei International Science and Technology Exchange Center, Hubei International Technology  Transfer Center, Institute of New Energy, Wuhan Co., Ltd., Wuhan Institute of Biotechnology, British Consul, Wuhan, Representative Office of the Council for Trade Promotion of the Netherlands, Patent Alliance Innovation Fund, DaeGwang Enterprise Management & Consultig Co., Ltd.

China-UK Life Science Technology and Project Wuhan Workshop

作为本次洽谈会的重要会议，中英生命科学技术合作及项目推介会，由英国驻武汉总领事馆、英国国际贸易部、湖北省科学技术厅、湖北省对外科技交流中心主办，涉及生物医药，医疗器械和相关领域的投资资金等领域，以促进中英两国在生命科学技术上更好的合作为目的，将英国先进的生命科学技术及项目引进中国，并将双方的资源优化整合，打造共赢局面。

As an important workshop of Matchmaking Conference, the China-UK Life Science Technology and Project Wuhan Workshop was sponsored by British Consulate-General, Wuhan, Department for International Trade, UK and Hubei International Science and Technology Exchange Center, focusing on Bio-medicine, medical devices and related investment funds companies. It aimed to promote the further cooperation of China and UK in life science and technology area, introduce cutting-edge life science and technology program to China, optimize and integrate both parties’ resources in order to achieve win-win situation.

兰开夏科技深圳有限公司在项目推介会介绍了中央兰开夏大学数个领先的医药和医疗技术项目，其中非侵入性跟踪膀胱液体增加的新方法和设备、吲哚衍生物、建筑垃圾处理转化为新型复合材料等项目引起了在场企业代表的广泛兴趣。会后，企业代表纷纷和兰开夏科技深圳有限公司项目经理周玉华博士进行“一对一”会谈，详细了解项目信息，洽谈实操合作事宜，初步建立了双方的合作意向。中英生命科学技术合作及项目推介会圆满结束，预示着后续“产学研“合作好的开始。

UTSL introduced a number of leading medicine and medical technology programs and several technologies like New Methods and Apparatuses of Non-Invasively Tracking the Increase of Fluid in a Bladder, Indole Derivatives, Alusid: Changes Expensive to Dispose of Waste into New Composite Materials, have aroused wide interest among attendees. After the meeting, representatives of enterprises took the “One-to-One” business-matching one after another and communicated with Dr. Zhou Eva, Project Manager of UTSL to know more details about specific programs and practical cooperation, which built initial intent of cooperation. The successful ending of workshop indicated a good starting of further “industry-academic-research” cooperation in the coming future.
