英国中央兰开夏大学代表随英国驻广州总领事馆一行人考察佛山南海

Representatives of University of Central Lancashire Accompanied British Consulate-General Guangzhou Delegation to Visit Nanhai, Foshan

2017年7月18日，英国中央兰开夏大学代表随英国驻广州总领事一行人考察佛山南海。此次考察团由英国驻广州总领事馆和英国国际贸部共同组织，考察团人员包括英国驻华大使馆英国国际贸部公使衔参战（尖端制造业与交通）Mark Wareing、英国国际贸易部中国区尖端制造及交通行业副总监和华南区首席商务领事David Bull、英国驻广州总领事馆首席经济领事Steve Arrick、英国国际贸易部高级贸易投资官员何淑芬、英国国际贸易部高级贸易投资官员胡筱、英国驻广州总领事馆高级经济分析官员张嘉欣、英国驻华大使馆英国国际贸部公使衔参战秘书谭雯菲、英中贸易协会广州代表处首席代表伍婉玲、英国中央兰开夏大学首席代表和兰开夏科技（深圳）有限公司总经理彭丽思、兰开夏科技（深圳）有限公司项目经理周玉花博士、兰开夏科技（深圳）有限公司平台专员李家名。

On 18th July 2017, Representatives of University of Central Lancashire accompanied British Consulate-General Guangzhou delegation to visit Nanhai, Foshan. This UK delegation was organised by British Consulate-General Guangzhou and Department for International Trade. The UK delegates were Dr. Mark Wareing, Minister-Counsellor and Director for Advanced Manufacturing and Transport, Department for International Trade, British Embassy Beijing, David Bull, Deputy Director for China Advanced Manufacturing and Transportation, Department for International Trade, British Consulate-General Guangzhou, Steve Arrick, Consul Economic, Department for International Trade, British Consulate-General Guangzhou, Chris He, Senior Trade & Investment Officer, Department for International Trade, British Consulate-General Guangzhou, Xiao Hu, Senior Trade & Investment Officer, Department for International Trade, British Consulate-General Guangzhou, Jiaxing Zhang, Senior Economic Officer, Department for International Trade, British Consulate-General Guangzhou, Wenfei Tan, Secretary of Minister-Counsellor, Department for International Trade, British Embassy Beijing, Wanling Wu, Guangzhou Chief Representative of CBBC, Palace Peng, Chief Representative of University of Central Lancashire and General Manager of UCLan Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd, Dr. Eva Zhou, Project Manager of UCLan Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd and Cody Li, Platform Officer of UCLan Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd.

英国代表团参观企业
UK delegation Visited an Enterprise

佛山高新区经济发展和科技局局长何宇聪、佛山高新区经济发展和科技局副局长曹敏、佛山市南海区经济和科技促进局副局长冼增强、佛山高新区经济发展和科技局科长李英勤、佛山市南海区经济和科技促进局高级项目经理傅梦娟等佛山政府代表，逐一介绍佛山十年来的经济建设发展情况，多家世界知名企业落户佛山，宣讲佛山政府的优惠支持政策和人才政策。佛山政府代表团带领我们参观佛山金融高新区、佛山高新区智库中心和智库中心区内三家企业，希望通过此次考察加强英国和佛山之间的经济和科技的交流，帮助佛山政府引入更多的英国高新科技和优质人才落地佛山，并促进英国和佛山之间科学研究的发展，提高英国和佛山的产学研的水平。

Yucong He, Director of Economic Development and Technology Bureau (Foshan and Nanhai Hi-tech Industry Development Zone) , Min Cao, Deputy Director of Economic Development and Technology Bureau (Foshan and Nanhai Hi-tech Industry Development Zone), Zenqiang Xian, Director of The Bureau of Investment Promotion Nanhai District Foshan City, Yingqin, Section Chief of Director of Economic Development and Technology Bureau (Foshan and Nanhai Hi-tech Industry Development Zone) and Menjuan Fu, Senior Project Manager of Economy and Technology Promotion Bureau of Nahai District, Foshan Municipality, as the Foshan delegation, thoughtfully introduced the economic development in the last decade, brought more multicultural enterprises to Foshan and clarified the Foshan Government supporting policies and talent policies. The Foshan delegation took to visit Foshan Financing District, Foshan Hi-tech District and three new enterprises in Nanhai Zhiku Park. Both delegations hope, through this visit, to strengthen the relationship of UK-Foshan economy and technology, help more UK Hi-tech enterprises and high-calibre personnel settle in Foshan, facilitate the development of UK-Foshan science and technology and boost the UK-Foshan Industry –Academy-Research.

英国中央兰开夏大学希望通过此次考察，和佛山政府建立合作友好关系，为日后合作奠定基础，大力推送校内的优秀的科研成果、知识产权、继续教育课程、实习交换项目等。

University of Central Lancashire is looking forward to establishing a better and solider partnership with Foshan Government to introduce more UCLan’s outstanding technology outcomes, IPs, CPDs and exchange programmes and etc.
