                  深圳虚拟大学园名校名师公益课堂活动介绍
    
    深圳虚拟大学园成立17年，通过人才培养、科技成果转化和科研机构建设，为深圳构建综合创新生态体系发挥了重要的支撑和引领作用。从2014年深圳虚拟大学园名校名师公益课堂开办以来，邀请了19家院校的22位专家学者来深讲学，听众达到近万人次，已经在城市文化建设中形成自己的品牌形象，具备一定的影响力；为发挥大学园服务深圳社会的功能，响应国家提出的全民创新、万众创业的精神，2016年将继续开设名校名师公益课堂，并增加创新创业题材，旨在汇聚成员院校前沿的科技领域、人文、经济、管理的教授及专家、杰出校友资源，为我市市民和科研工作者、创业者举办文化、科技、创新创业专业讲座，提升城市整体文化素质和创新创业能力，为深圳市可持续发展贡献力量。

 演讲内容简介：

 知识产权制度的起源与发展，包括专利商标版权等类型知识产权制度、知识产权体系与社会发展、经济需求之间的内在联系；知识产权制度是现代社会的基础设施、现代财产制度的关键与核心，是财富生产体系和市场竞争的基本工具；知识产权与创新两者之间的互动关系；知识产权是深圳成为中国创新之都、全球最具经济发展潜力的城市、未来的世界级经济体的关键要素。 

 演讲嘉宾介绍：

 刘春田，中国人民大学法学院教授，博士研究生导师。

 中国人民大学知识产权学院创始院长，中国人民大学知识产权教学与研究中心主任，中国人民大学学位委员会委员兼法学分会主席，教育部人文社会科学研究基地——中国人民大学民商事法律科学研究中心执行主任。

  社会职务：中国法学会常务理事，中国法学会学术委员会委员， 中国知识产权法学研究会会长，最高人民法院特邀咨询专家，最高人民法院案例指导工作专家委员会委员，最高人民检察院专家委员会委员，国家知识产权局专家委员会委员，中国知识产权研究会副会长，中国版权协会副会长兼学术委员会主任，中华商标协会副会长，中国文字著作权协会副主席，跨国公司促进会知识产权委员会副主席，中国音乐著作权协会常务理事，国际保护知识产权协会中国分会理事，国际版权学会成员，“马克思主义理论研究和建设工程”国家重点建设教材《知识产权法》编写课题组第一首席专家，厦门大学、华南理工大学等多所大学客座教授；享受国务院特殊津贴。

  在《中国社会科学》、《中国法学》等刊物发表论文60余篇。

 从上世纪80年代起，刘春田参加了中国著作权法、商标法、专利法和反不正当竞争法的起草或修订等立法工作，其不少学术观点被立法采纳。还参加了《国家知识产权战略纲要》的制定工作。

    刘春田作为中国知识产权学科的主要开拓者和带头人，1985年在中国第一个开设系统“知识产权法”课程。 1986年创建了中国第一个知识产权学术机构——中国人民大学知识产权教学与研究中心。并于当年，刘春田作为国家教委高等学校专业目录法学组召集人，在全国高等学校专业目录制定会议上，倡议并促成知识产权列入高等学校专业目录，确立了知识产权学科的建立，并于1987年在中国人民大学正式开办我国知识产权高等教育。2010年，刘春田被中国国家工商行政管理总局、国家知识产权局、国家版权局三部委评为全国知识产权最具影响力人物；2013年被国家版权局评为“全国版权卓越贡献奖”；2013年获教育部“全国教育改革创新优秀教师”称号；2013年和2014年连续两届被英国《知识产权管理》杂志评为全球50位最具影响力知识产权人物之一。

    LIU Chuntian is Professor of Law and Academic Supervisor for LLD Candidates at Renmin University of China (RUC).

    He is Founding Dean of the RUC Intellectual Property (IP) Academy, Director of the RUC IP Teaching & Research Center, Chairman of the Academic Degrees Committee of RUC School of Law and Executive Director of the RUC Civil & Commercial Law Research Center-a key research institute under the supervision of the Ministry of Education (the MOE) in China.

    Prof. LIU serves as Managing Director & Member of Academic Committee of China Law Society, Chairman of the China IP Law Society, Specially-invited Expert & Member of the Case Guidance Committee of the Supreme People’s Court of China, Member of the Experts Committee of the Supreme People's Procuratorate of China, Member of the Experts Committee of the State Intellectual Property Office of China (SIPO). He is also Vice Chairman of the China IP Society, Vice Chairman & Director of the Academic Committee of the China Copyright Society, Vice Chairman of the China Trademark Association, Vice Chairman of the China Written Works Copyright Society, Deputy Director of the IP Committee of the China International Council for the Promotion of Multinational Corporations, Managing Director of the Music Copyright Society of China, Director of the Chinese National Group of International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), Member of the International Copyright Society. Prof. LIU is the Chief Expert of the seminar compiling the “Intellectual Property Law”, a key textbook in the Marxism Theory Research and Theoretical Building Program in China. He is also Guest Professor at Xiamen University and the South China University of Technology. And China’s State Council recognizes him as Expert with Special Allowance.

    Prof. LIU Chuntian has published over 60 articles at leading law journals such as Social Sciences in China and China Legal Science, etc.

    Since 1980s Professor LIU has been actively participating in the legislation of China’s Copyright Law, Trademark Law, Patent Law and Anti-Unfair Competition Law. A number of his viewpoints have been well taken and quoted in the legislative documents. He also contributed to designing the National Intellectual Property Strategy of China.

    Prof. LIU Chuntian has been a key pioneer and architect of China’s IP law higher education system. He was the first professor to teach in-depth lectures on the IP Law in China in 1985. He founded China’s first higher education and academic institution--the RUC IP Teaching & Research Center in 1986. In the same year, Prof. LIU also worked as the Convener of Legal Discipline at the Working Conference on Higher Educational Catalogue of Disciplines & Specialties held by the MOE. Because of Prof. Liu’s endeavor, the course of IP Law was included as one of the legal subjects available for undergraduate law school students in China. In 1987, RUC was allowed to recruit students whose specialization is in the area of IP Law.

    In 2010, Professor LIU was honored as one of The Most Influential IP Persons of China jointly by the State Administration for Industry & Commerce (SAIC), State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), and National Copyright Administration of China (NCAC). In 2013, he received the National Copyright Outstanding Contribution Award from the NCAC and National Educational Reform and Innovation Excellence Award from the MOE of China. In addition, his recognition reaches beyond national border and was listed as one of The 50 Most Influential People in IP by the Managing IP in 2013 & 2014.
