A total of 62370 people have been trained by Shenzhen-based research agencies of the 35 universities or institutes , who are carrying out activities for talents training, which forms a training system from short-term special training to profound professional trainings as Doctorate and Masterlevel educational programs. Of which, 749 Doctors, 14733 Masters, 2506 attendees for advanced studies of postgraduate courses, 12987 Undergraduates, 2954 Junior College graduates, and 28394 short term courses attendees had been trained so far, covering specialties as Computer, MBA, Finance and Electronic Communications etc.
538 lectures have been given by experts from both home and abroad and 100 visits had been paid by academicians.4 workstations for post-doctor researches and 6 practice bases for postgraduates have been established with introductions of 1019 postgraduates for practices over the last 7 years after the entries of these universities andinstitutes into the Virtual University Park.
